Pusat Latihan & Kemahiran Bestari (PLKB) was established in 2007 as a Professional Training and Skills School approved by the Ministry of Education Malaysia (IPS SRJ-JZ5B013). It has since grown to become a leading centre for Professional Development amongst adult learners and school leavers, delivering quality education to students.
