PLKB CERTIFICATE IN HEALTHCARE PROGRAM 



PROGRAM 1

This Certificate is created to give the basic foundation to elderly, and patient care skills. It gives an advantage to prospects as it teaches the scope of knowledge required for employment in any healthcare organisation.

PCHAM 01: CERTIFICATE IN HEALTCARE ASSISTANCE MANAGEMENT   
Unit:
1. PCCS 01: Communication in Care Settings 
2. PHIC 01: Handle Information in Care Settings  
3. PHSW 01: Health, Safety and Well-Being in Care Settings  
4. PIPC 01: Implement Person-Centred Approaches 
5. PRCW 01: Responsibilities of a Care Worker 
6. PAAM 01: Assist in the Administration of Medication 

The Certificate in Healthcare Assistance Management program is is registered with Ministry of Education Malaysia. 



Duration: 12 months 
Study Term: Part Time or E- Learning

Entry Requirements
1. SPM Pass or equivalent
2. Any recognised certificate acceptable for Institute

Progression Pathway
With Certificate in Healthcare Assistance Management, the candidate can progress into one of below qualifications:
1. LMQ UK Level 3 Diploma in Healthcare Management 





PROGRAM 2

CERTIFICATE LEADING TO LMQ UK LEVEL 3 DIPLOMA IN HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT 

This Certificate is an identified set of standards that health and care professionals adhere to in their daily working life. Designed with the non-regulated workforce in mind, the certificate gives everyone the confidence that health and care professionals have the same introductory skills, knowledge and behaviours to provide compassionate, safe and high-quality care and support in their own particular workplace setting.


PCHM 01: CERTIFICATE IN HEALTCARE MANAGEMENT   
Unit:
1. PPBI 02: Principles of Business Innovation 
2. PUCP 02: Understanding of Communication Practice 
3. PMPP 02: Manage Personal and Professional Development 
4. PIHS 02: Implement person centred approaches in Health and Social Care 
5. PIHC 02: Introduction to communication in health, social care or children’s and young people’s settings 
6. PAMN 02: Assist in the Administration of Medication II


The Certificate in Healthcare Assistance Management program is is registered with Ministry of Education Malaysia. 



The Certificate in Healthcare Management program is fully articulated with LMQ UK Level 3 Diploma in Healthcare Management qualifications. The PLKB graduates are aligible to apply maximum allowance for Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) for the comparable LMQ UK Level 3 Diploma qualification.
